"KHORAN" LLC was founded in 1989. In its early days, the founding architects worked on a wide range of creative tasks, developing projects for the restoration of monuments and residential and public buildings, as well as urban design ventures.

Throughout the conception of projects of various characters and volumes in natural, rural and urban environments, the main principle of the KHORAN creative team has remained unchanged: to protect when building, and to build while protecting.

The necessity to preserve enduring natural, historical and architectural values and ensure their competent development and use—through unstable economic and social conditions and rapid, unprecedented changes in aesthetic preferences—has served as the basis of the creative vision of our architects. Regardless of the volume of the undertakings—from the design of small architectural forms to the complex urban knots and to the restoration of significant historical ensembles.
